It all comes down to one simple question; "What is YOUR time truly worth?"
Considering that most people are trading their time for a paycheck, it really doesn't surprise me that most people cannot conceive the thought of making 6 or even 7 figures per year.
While I am not quite there yet myself, I believe; "Those who recognize what their time is truly worth will often seek the means to educate themselves to work less, whilst earning more in a shorter time period. (hint: By doing the work 1x and then creating recurring income streams from those efforts.)
The simple mathematics of calculating 10 years working 40 hours per week... at $50 per hour, 50 weeks per year... would net you $1,000,000.00 in 10 years time. Note: That's $1M before paying your taxes, deducting your commute to and from work, deducting your personal living expenses, and any other personal or work-related items you deem necessary to live your chosen lifestyle.
In short, you'd likely be a far cry from becoming a millionaire working the 40 hour work week, even if you made $50 per hour for a full 10 years of dedicated service. Most people make less than $15 per hour, so do the math! (*Unless of course, you made some wise investments in either yourself or an innovative start-up...or maybe started a marijuana dispensary, or modeled after Trump in the real estate game, etc...)
But, if you were savvy and found the "logical means to sell" say; 1000 products at $2000 each in say a years time, and your costs was $1000 to generate each sale...you would net $1,000,000.00 in a year.
" I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience" - March 23rd, 1775 - Patrick Henry's speech; "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death!"
Someone on this very forum once advised me to determine "How much money I truly desired to make in the next 5 years?" and then "reverse engineer" the process, as if to be planning a flight . Clearly, if you want to get somewhere, you'll need to map out the course, prepare, and determine everything you'll need... before ever starting your trip, right?
Same applies in business. You have to know how much money you want? how you intend to manifest that money? and what product(s) and/or service(s) you intend to provide to attain and sustain that financial goal?
Perhaps, Napoleon Hill said it best; "If you can conceive it, and you can believe it, you can achieve it."

Web Web Web
Jika anda jual face to face, orang akan ingat no phone seller.
maka no anda pun hilang dan pelanggan tue nak cari anda kembali pun tak bleh ,no phone anda dah hilang.
Jadi tengok betapa mudahnya gtau customer.
kita kata kat customer esok la bincang saya letih,
customer kata ade web tak penerangan biz u.
kita kata tak ada la,mesti dia kecewa.
kadang manusia dia nak cepat info biz kita.
kadang customer kontek, bro minta no akaun bank.
kita bagi terus dia bank in tanpa kita terang apapun.
Web merupakan cermin kedai kita.
jika contoh kita tinggal di penang, pelanggan di kuching sarawak.
kita buka kedai fizikal dipenang, bagaimana dia nak mai jauh.
kalau kedai kita web online dan dia leh masuk web kita, dia boleh terus beli kat kita.
Sekarang kan ade pos laju satu Malaysia, tak yah bimbang
Kalau kata susah sukar.
Saya mula mula buat pun rasa susah sangat tapi saya leh ada.
Kena paksa diri la buat

Everyone is predicting a major tech bust. Some say that it's already happening.
With the implosion in full swing, should you even attempt entrepreneurship, let alone a new business launch in 2016?
My answer? Unquestionably yes.
In this article, I've suggested a few of the businesses I think are going to be hot in 2016. While tech may be on the decline, the world always has room for sizzling hot, innovative products and services.
Here's how you can own a piece of the action.
1. Dating
One of the latest and most intriguing disruptions has happened in the dating scene. A person's love life is a personal thing, but that hasn't kept Tinder users from sharing secrets and meeting new people.
Need some more ideas? Some people offer consulting--I'll tell you how to get that guy! Some people make apps--dating coaching services or other information products.
Some people even create invisible boyfriend services.
People go crazy when it comes to romance. The love industry is open for business.
2. Marketing Consultancy
There are plenty of people with a vision and some hustle who want to start a business. What many of those people lack is marketing savvy.
Today's digital marketing world is vast and complicated. It's also a gateway to success. Between the intricacies of social media velocity and the mysteries of growth hacking, business owners have no clue where to start.
How can you help them? Tell them exactly where to go and how to do it. These wannabe startups don't lack in drive and determination; they just need someone to consult with who will show them how to do marketing right.
3. Delivery Options
Listen in on any boardroom strategy session (Google, Amazon, Walmart), and you'll probably hear people griping about delivering products.
Whether it's hot coffee or that widget you ordered on Amazon, delivery is becoming an on-demand service.
Startups in this space are having a hard time working both sides of the aisle: recipient and provider. The delivery scheme is ripe for disruption. Someone needs to come in and shake off the shackles of the transportation stalwarts and the entrenched courier services.
Drones will undoubtedly make a difference, so harness the potential and develop a lasting solution.
4. 3D Printing
3D printing design and innovation is swinging upward and growing in popularity. Most of us don't have a 3D printer sitting on our desktops right now, but many predict that's where we're headed.
If that's the case, now is the time to jump in on the action. You can sell 3D blueprints, plans, delivery, fulfillment, and other related services.
5. Audiobooks
Self-published books are a known business idea. Increasingly, however, people want to listen to books.
Amazon's Audible has already made a killing off this service. It is gradually becoming a leader in this space. However, there is still room for other startups to get in on the action. Narration services, print-to-audio services, consulting businesses, and other methods of producing audiobooks are great options to explore in 2016.
6. Educational Products
People have always been willing to pay for education. Take university education as an example. A public four-year college costs around $20,000, and a private college can fetch a price tag of $50,000 per year.
In spite of the shockingly high prices, people are willing to shell out the money, year after year. Why? Because a college education is worth it.
Well, most of the time it is; some disagree, and with recent innovations in the education space, the traditional college model is being dismantled or downright disrupted.
Behind this disruption are startups like Udemy and Teachable, all of which allow people to share their knowledge and profit from it.
You don't need a platform to sell your knowledge. You can self-publish a book, create a video coaching session, or teach others how to make money.
Entrepreneurs Justin and Tara Williams learned how to make millions flipping houses. They turned around, created an online course, and are now making even more by telling others how to do the same.
Even a guy like James Swanwick was willing to shelve his promising career as an ESPN anchor to tell people how to quit alcohol. People pay $67 a month to learn from James's videos and be part of his closed Facebook group.
People will pay to learn a new skill, shape their lifestyle, make new money, impress friends with their knowledge, and change their life in substantial ways.
If you have something to offer, then start teaching.
7. Content-based Websites
I've been experimenting with content-based sites for a long time, and recently, I've nurtured several small blogs into big-time businesses. The effort required to produce such a blog is pretty significant, but the passive payoff is huge.
As long as you know a thing or two about SEO and content marketing, you can still make a splash in this space.
Great content is your service, and affiliate links and ad space are the revenue. The model has worked for a long time, and it continues to be effective as people rely on the Internet as their primary information source.
Conclusion
This list hardly scratches the surface because the possibilities are bountiful for 2016. They are real, tangible, and ready for the taking.
I'm excited to explore several new business opportunities in 2016. What are you going to try?
what is your business model
One of the most popular questions for startups online (and even major ones like Twitter and Facebook) is ‘what is your business model’. Sometimes the question is sincere but often it is voiced more like an accusation: what is the hell is their business model anyway?
The interesting thing about business models is that there is not much magic involved. Business models are pretty much set and all you have to do really is apply one of them to your business. The trick of course is to pick the right one. Or a combination of models.
These business models aren’t exactly new either. I wrote about them a few years ago in a post titled “The 9 Business Models of the Web“. The subject never gets old though so I’ve decided to repost the information again today.
The business model structure I’m talking about has been researched by Professor Michael Rappa, director of theInstitute for Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State University. He wrote a document titled Business Models on the Web which describes all the business models you need. Here they are:
Brokerage
Brokers are market-makers: they bring buyers and sellers together and facilitate transactions.

Advertising
The web advertising model is an extension of the traditional media broadcast model. The broadcaster, in this case, a web site, provides content (usually, but not necessarily, for free) and services (like email, IM, blogs) mixed with advertising messages in the form of banner ads.

Infomediary
Independently collected data about producers and their products are useful to consumers when considering a purchase. Some firms function as infomediaries (information intermediaries) assisting buyers and/or sellers understand a given market.

Manufacturer (Direct)
The manufacturer or “direct model”, it is predicated on the power of the web to allow a manufacturer (i.e., a company that creates a product or service) to reach buyers directly and thereby compress the distribution channel.

Affiliate
In contrast to the generalized portal, which seeks to drive a high volume of traffic to one site, the affiliate model, provides purchase opportunities wherever people may be surfing. It does this by offering financial incentives (in the form of a percentage of revenue) to affiliated partner sites.

Community
The viability of the community model is based on user loyalty. Users have a high investment in both time and emotion. Revenue can be based on the sale of ancillary products and services or voluntary contributions; or revenue may be tied to contextual advertising and subscriptions for premium services.

If you want more details about each model they are explained in detail on Rappa’s site. As you can imagine you can combine any of these models and vary slightly to make new models. But this is a nice list to get started with.
So what models do you use? What models could apply to Twitter and Facebook?

7 Proven Online Business Models that Work in 2015
By Guest Author
Recent data published by Internet Retailer reveals that online sales totaled $304.91 billion in 2014, a 15.4% increase from 2013, and that an estimated $350 billion will be spent online at the end of this year (2015). This is in the US alone.
While we’re all obsessed with the Mark Zuckerbergs, Jeff Bezos, Larry Pages and Sergey Brins of this world, the fact remains that there are a lot of average people making a difference, and ensuring a comfortable living for themselves without necessarily having to create the next big thing.
If you are yet to start an online business, all data and indications show that now is the right time to start. If you’re confused about what to start, don’t worry, I’ll show you seven practical and proven business models, with relevant examples, that you can implement immediately.
Business Model #1. The Ecommerce Business Model
While we all know Amazon.com to be the giant in the ecommerce space, very few people know that you can start a profitable ecommerce business that is barely a fraction of Amazon’s gigantic size.
A very notable success story that proves the efficacy of this business model is Steve Chou, of MyWifeQuitHerJob.com.
Steve’s wife wanted to quit her job so she could take care of their newborn child full time, and Steve was becoming increasingly concerned with financial security as his family grew.
Steve and his wife decided to start Bumblebee Linens, an ecommerce store that specializes on handkerchiefs and linens, and they were quickly able to replace his wife’s salary of $100k within a year of starting the store.
Key Lessons
- You don’t have to start big; Yes, Amazon’s success is massive but unrealistic for everybody else. Focusing on handkerchiefs and specialized linens seems smaller, but it is profitable for Steve and his wife.
- Getting started doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive: There are several ecommerce software and apps you can start with, a notable example being PrestaShop, which is free and an industry leader with 250,000 stores and a community of 800,000 members for support.
Business Model #2. The Freelancing Business Model
I’ve been online for over 5 years now, and one thing I’ve noticed among people who want to start online businesses is the desire for quick income.
I won’t necessarily sell you a “quick cash” dream, because most people who start with such mindset don’t last, but I can tell you that the fastest route to income online is to be a freelancer.
By becoming a freelancer, you can very well be making an income within a few days of starting your business.
You need to first have a viable skill you can use to serve potential clients; perhaps you’re good at using Photoshop, drawing illustrations or cartoons, writing, designing plugins and themes, customizing websites, etc. Then you could have a successful freelance business in no time.
I’m an example of someone who built a successful online business through freelance writing, and Daniel and Ali’s Freelance Writing Course is one of the best resources if you decide to go this route.
Key Lessons
- Have something to offer: The fact that quick income is possible by freelancing doesn’t mean it is effortless; you have to offer real value to clients, and you should forget about some “passive income” dream. Earning from freelancing requires real effort.
- Learn from the best: If you’re a freelance writer, Daniel and Ali’s course for freelance writers is a good place to start, and it’s extraordinarily affordable as a career investment.
If you want to do other forms of freelancing, seek the best people doing the freelancing of your choice and learn from them.
Business Model #3: The Consultant Business Model
The consultant business model is very similar to the freelancing business model, but it’s different in that your role is to provide guidance to your clients instead of to execute their projects.
Perhaps you have some specialized knowledge you can use to help other organizations grow or achieve certain results that would have been impossible otherwise? Then you might want to start consulting.
Ross Simmonds was able to generate $160k in revenue, and $120k in profit, for his consulting business within a year of starting. He did $250k in revenue his second year, and that’s without him having to employ anyone.
Business Model #4: The Digital Products Business Model
Selling your own products can be a profitable source of income, and this can eventually lead to a source of semi-passive income.
There are lots of success stories online that prove the efficacy of selling digital products, and a renowned example is Danny Iny, who rose to fame and built a 7 figure business within 4 years of starting online.
The key to creating successful information products lies in knowing what people want, and then giving it to them; if you can master this, and learn some basic marketing, then you’ll experience above average success.
Business Model #5: The Affiliate Marketing Business Model
Some people do not want to be a “slave to their time” so to speak, and they detest having their income rely on them working all day non-stop.
For these people, freelancing or consulting won’t work, and they might also not want to invest the upfront time required in creating an information product.
If you’re in this camp, then affiliate marketing could be your business model of choice.
With affiliate marketing, you can promote a product created by someone else and get paid a percentage of the income generated from the sale you make.
A notable example of a successful affiliate marketer is Zac Johnson, who has made millions from affiliate marketing since he started around 15 years ago.
According to Zac, the key to affiliate marketing success lies in finding products that convert best for your audience and traffic source and focusing on them.
Business Model #6: The Subscription Business Model
This is the dream business model for most people; you put in the initial upfront effort and, with some maintenance effort, you can guarantee a consistent, or increasing, income every month.
The benefit of a subscription business model lies in the fact that people only need to register once, and they will be billed month after month; depending on how well you’re able to maintain your subscription site, and how well you can attract new users, this can be a massive source of income.
My favorite success story using this approach is Carol Tice. Carol started the Freelance Writers Den, her community for freelance writers in 2011, and it’s since grown to thousands of users that pay $25 monthly to be a part of the community.
Business Model #7: The Paywall Business Model
The Paywall business model is quickly becoming a choice among publications and media sites as a way to increase revenue without relying on ads.
The paywall businessá model involves you giving people access to a certain number of content on your site, or restricting access to a certain percentage of your content, so that people can pay to access the remaining content.
Several reputable news sites like The New York Times and Boston Globe rely on this as their main source of online revenue.
Which is Your Favorite Business Model?
