A common misconception around here is confusing markets with niches. Weight loss, fitness, dating, etc are all examples of huge markets. Niches, on the other hand, are specialized segments of those markets, such as:

These are evergreen and they're definitely profitable. People are willing to spend money to improve themselves when they have disposable income. Specifically, the self-help and weight loss market, are often "desperate" buyers, which is good and bad.
